How long will it take to receive my order?+
Every Willy Memory is made to order, with care and attention to the details that make your memories special.
We do our best to process and ship your order within 2–3 business days. Once your order ships, it typically arrives within a week, depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow your memories all the way home. 🤍

Can I reorder favorites?+
Absolutely! We’d love to make your favorite memories again.
Simply place a new order and upload the photos you’d like to bring back. We’ll take care of the rest and start creating your new Willy Memories with the same care as your first order.
Because some memories are worth seeing again and again. 🤍
What is your return policy?+
At Willy Memories, every order is made with love & care. We know the memories you choose mean a lot to you.
Since each magnet is personalized just for you, we’re unable to accept returns for changes of mind or incorrect photo selections. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or there’s an error on our part, yes... we want to make it right.
Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at whatcanidoforyou@willymemories.com and let us know what happened. We’ll work together to find the best way to resolve it.
We aim to respond to every inquiry within 24–48 hours because when something isn’t right, we want you to know we’re here.
